HWZ and Wilob shape the future together
The HWZ Zurich University of Applied Sciences and Wilob AG, the continuing education institute for solution-oriented therapy and consulting, have entered into a groundbreaking strategic partnership. With the launch of the first joint CAS in Systemic Organizational Development, they are setting an important milestone in making optimal use of the synergies between the two institutions.
The HWZ Zurich School of Business is expanding its professional expertise by collaborating with Wilob, a further education institute for solution-oriented therapy and counseling. With over 25 years of in-depth experience in the field of systemic therapy and counseling, Wilob is characterized by an approach that aims to integrate findings from various scientific disciplines. This approach enables the development of broad and complex perspectives on problems and situations as well as the combination of different solution approaches.
The new partnership opens up a new subject area for the HWZ, as Peter Statz, Head of the Department of Management & Leadership at the HWZ, emphasizes: "It is great to have found a credible cooperation partner in an area that is becoming increasingly important for a business school like the HWZ."
Angela Fuchs, Co-Head of Wilob AG, also sees the partnership as very forward-looking: "We have found each other. Psychology and business are entering into an alliance. Together, we are offering a new training program that combines the strengths of both worlds: humanity and profitability. In this way, we can offer our training participants decisive added value for their careers."
Launch of the CAS Systemic Organizational Development HWZ
The focus of the cooperation partnership is the development of new products. The CAS in Systemic Organizational Development was recently launched and will be held for the first time next April. In this course, participants will explore a systemic, resource-oriented approach and develop their own organization according to its origins and current possibilities. This is because organizational development works through the interplay of design, skills and behaviour. The course is jointly led by Martin Kägi and Nadja Fuchs.
