Office administration: Swiss21.org is extended by a CRM

A free all-in-one office administration solution has been available for Swiss startups and small businesses since November 2018. It previously included the offer and accounting system, automated bookkeeping, an online store and other functions. As of now, a CRM solution is also integrated.

Today, Swiss21.org's office administration solution has a good 19,000 accounts. These users can now also digitize and automate marketing and sales processes.

Even more possibilities with CRM

With Swiss21 and the functions invoices and offers, accounting, bank connection, online store and the online cash register, companies already had comprehensive options for organizing their everyday office life efficiently and saving a lot of time. Now, with CRM, which is also fully integrated into the ecosystem, comes the opportunity to efficiently and purposefully align companies with the market and customers. The CRM comes from CAS Software AG, the German market leader for CRM & xRM for medium-sized businesses. This adds a concentrated load of know-how and experience to Swiss21. In practice, this means a gain in efficiency, more transparency and the establishment of customer-centric processes. Sustainable free of charge

For up to 2,100 receipts/year, 2,100 items in the store and 2,100 contacts, the offer is free of charge for the company. This ensures that no costs are incurred in a start-up phase or in the longer term for smaller organizations. The IT companies involved have committed themselves to maintaining free use over the longer term. If a user exceeds these limits, CHF 21/month will be charged for up to 5,000 receipts/year, 5,000 articles or 5,000 contacts. A change to another system is possible at any time and the data can be exported.
