Martina Koch and Bernhard B. Fischer take over the Co-OK presidency of the Prix SVC Nordschweiz

In view of the next Prix SVC Northern Switzerland award ceremony on 13 November 2025, the organizing committee and the jury of experts have been reshuffled. The new Co-OK Presidents are Martina Koch and Bernhard B. Fischer, both from UBS Switzerland. Four new jury members are also taking part in the nomination process.

Martina Koch, Head of Corporate & Real Estate Banking Basel at UBS Switzerland, and Bernhard B. Fischer, Regional Vice Chairman at UBS Switzerland, will co-chair the organizing committee for the Prix SVC Nordschweiz. "We are delighted to support this outstanding event that celebrates innovation, entrepreneurship and success in Northern Switzerland. The Prix SVC provides a unique platform to recognize the exceptional achievements and commitment of companies in our region and to highlight their future prospects. We are proud to make visible these success stories that strengthen the regional economy and look forward to a successful award," say both with anticipation of their task.

Four new jury members

The SMEs nominated for the Prix SVC are selected by a jury of experts. The jury members are independent, work in a practice-oriented manner and have strong roots in the respective region. They search for suitable companies in a comprehensive nomination process and on the basis of a list of criteria specially developed by the SVC.

The jury responsible for nominating the finalists for the upcoming edition of the Prix SVC Nordschweiz is once again headed by jury president Bernhard B. Fischer of UBS Switzerland.

Four new members have been added to the jury for the 2025 edition: Tobias Baumgartner (Forvis Mazars AG), Martina Koch (UBS Switzerland), Nicole Tschanz (Roche) and Magnus Willers (Willers Engineering AG).

The following personalities will remain on the SVC Expert Jury in Northern Switzerland: Markus Balmer (IWB), Philipp Blättler (Swisscom Schweiz AG), Dieter Egli (member of the cantonal government of Aargau), Remo Franz (Rofra Bau AG), Beat Hauenstein (Oettinger Davidoff AG), Beat Herzog (die Mobiliar), Thomas Jourdan (member of the cantonal government of Basel-Landschaft), Steven Schenk (Emil Frey AG) Alberto Silini (Switzerland Global Enterprise), Beatrice Stirnimann (Session Basel AG) and Kaspar Sutter (member of the cantonal government of Basel-Stadt).

The selection process for the award ceremony on November 13, 2025 is already underway and the sixteen-member jury will analyze and evaluate the potential award-winning companies over the next few weeks.

The five finalists for the twelfth edition of the Prix SVC Nordschweiz will be announced in July 2025.
