Mimacom: New CEO Tim Weinmann and new strategic direction for the company

The Swiss IT and digitalization provider Mimacom, based in Bern, is realigning its strategy and switching from a country organization to a service line structure. This will allow Mimacom to better reflect market developments and remain the technology leader. In addition to CEO Tim Weinmann, the new management team comprises the three Service Line Leads Bruno Wassmer, Jean-Francois Clercx and Fabian Kleiser as well as Sales & Marketing Lead Matthias Köhler.

Tim Weinmann will now take on the role of global CEO. Weinmann has been with the company since 2016. From 2023, he was Chief Revenue Officer and responsible for Mimacom's US business. Prior to that, he managed the German market and held the global role of Vice President Sales & Marketing. He takes over from interim CEO Agim Emruli. The latter will focus on his role as CEO of the Mimacom Flowable Group (MFG).

New management team introduces three international service lines

The Mimacom teams are already working together across all markets to offer customers the best possible service. The new structure reflects the strategic direction in organizational terms. Bruno Wassmer (Digital Product Engineering), Jean-Francois Clercx (Automation Fabric) and Fabian Kleiser (Digital Foundation) are in charge of the three service lines. Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing Matthias Köhler completes the management team.

Each of the three divisions consists of international teams of consultants, software engineers and sales employees. The new service structure simplifies cross-border collaboration with customers. At the same time, they benefit from the local expertise of Mimacom's consultants and engineers.

"I look forward to working with the experienced management team to introduce the new service lines in order to serve our customers globally while continuing to offer our local expertise," says Tim Weinmann. "Thanks to the new organizational structure, we are ideally positioned to shape digital progress in an innovative and profitable way for our customers in all Mimacom markets."
