UBS extends partnership with the SVC
The SVC (Swiss Venture Club) is delighted to have concluded an agreement with its strategic partner UBS on the long-term extension of the partnership. From January 2025, UBS will be the new "Presenting Partner" of Switzerland's most inspiring SME network.
After the existing partnership agreement with Credit Suisse had already been taken over as part of the integration into UBS, this partnership has now been extended for the long term. In addition, the SVC office will move from Gümligen and move into new offices in the ZID Bernapark in Stettlen/Deisswil at the beginning of 2025.
Long-time SVC CEO Michael Fahrni is very pleased about the contract extension with main partner UBS: "Now we can continue to expand our core activities - inspiration and networking for SMEs and honoring the best of them at the Prix SVC - at full speed. The move to ZID Bernapark will give our innovative spirit an additional boost."
New OC presidents for the Prix SVC
The respective UBS exponents (from the regional corporate client business) will continue to act as hosts or OC presidents at the Prix SVC business award ceremonies in all Swiss economic regions. With a view to the last two award ceremonies in 2024, new personnel arrangements have been made in this regard: Yves Felder will take over as OC President for the Prix SVC Suisse romande (to be held on November 12 at the STCC in Ecublens) and Hannes Weibel for the Prix SVC Economic Region Zurich (to be held on November 26 at the Kongresshaus Zurich).
Both award ceremonies are already being held with UBS as a partner. From January 2025, the SVC's sponsorship architecture will be adapted and UBS will act as a "Presenting Partner" in the SVC network.
