In today's hybrid working world, companies face the challenge of getting the most out of meetings. Employees spend a lot of time capturing information, documenting discussions and manually completing follow-up tasks such as filling out CRMs and writing emails, which reduces productivity and increases administrative overhead.

Optiverse's AI technology automates labor-intensive meeting tasks, including taking minutes, automating follow-up actions and delivering knowledge in an easily accessible format. The company's proprietary video summarization technology extracts key highlights and provides users with an intelligent meeting platform. This allows employees to focus on the meeting as the administrative work is done in the background. The software supports multiple languages, including the main Swiss national languages, underlining the company's commitment to increasing local business productivity.

In 2024, the global AI market exceeded $184 billion and is expected to reach $826 billion by 2030, with an annual growth rate of approximately 29 %. Optiverse's solution addresses a wide range of professional needs, including team management, executives, sales and marketing professionals from various industries and company sizes. The solution is already used by 15 Swiss companies on a daily basis, and current users report an average saving of 6.8 hours per week through the platform's features.

Optiverse will use the additional CHF 150,000 to expand its infrastructure and accelerate the introduction of its technology in other companies.

The founding team - consisting of CEO Elio Assaf, CTO Raphael Ausilio and COO Mario Assaf - brings expertise in the fields of AI, software development and business strategy to tackle the information overload and increase productivity. The collaboration includes researchers from leading Swiss institutions, including ETH Zurich, EPFL, HSG and HEC Lausanne.

"Venture Kick's support has been instrumental in our success by providing us with the funding and attention we needed to start our journey. It has given us the right momentum," said CEO Elio Assaf.
