Emanuele Diquattro becomes new CEO of Inventx AG

In Emanuele Diquattro, Inventx has found the perfect combination of leadership strength, industry and technology expertise, customer focus and experience in overall entrepreneurial responsibility. The new CEO will join Inventx on 1 November 2024 and, following the introductory phase, will head the six-member Inventx Executive Board from 1 January 2025 in order to lead the established IT and digitalization service provider for the Swiss financial industry to further market penetration in the banking sector and even more successful development of the insurance market.

In particular, he can count on Damian Hallenbarter as Head of Banking, who moved to Inventx from Schwyzer Kantonalbank in the spring, to support and further grow these two key Inventx markets. In Daniel Wenger, Head of Insurance at Inventx, he finds himself in a power tandem for expanding the market share of Inventx's second pillar.

Having started out at Sanitas Krankenversicherung AG, Emanuele Diquattro learned the insurance business from the ground up. After several years in customer-oriented functions and project management, he turned increasingly to IT and rose to become Head of IT Projects & Process Management within a few years. As CIO, he soon transformed the insurer's entire IT organization and took over the development of new digital business models as co-lead. Most recently, as Chief Marketing Officer and Deputy CEO at Sanitas, he was responsible for the entire multidimensional sales and marketing team. In this role, he designed the strategic repositioning towards a "digital-first" sales organization, the implementation of which he was also responsible for until his move to Adcubum in 2018.

Emanuele Diquattro joined the renowned insurance software manufacturer - whose products include the core insurance solution Syrius, which Inventx offers as a managed application service in the PaaS model - as Chief Commercial Officer and was appointed CEO just one year later. Over the three years of his leadership, he drove forward the future direction of the 400-strong company, in particular with the development of a modern IT architecture for its software solutions, and significantly increased its enterprise value. He left Adcubum in 2022 to combine his diverse experience in sales, insurance and platform development in a new business model at the international InsurTech wefox as Country Lead Switzerland and build it up.

The 42-year-old Swiss national is a federally certified business economist and holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering from the Zurich School of Economics. Among other things, he is currently a member of the Executive Advisory Board of the AI Business School and a member of the Board of Directors of various digital, sales and consulting companies.

Emanuele Diquattro takes over the CEO function from Inventx co-founder and owner Gregor Stücheli, who will now concentrate on his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
