Rostock start-up Sawayo becomes part of the Infoniqa Group

Sawayo GmbH, a SaaS start-up founded in 2020 with digital solutions for the fulfillment of employer obligations, announces its acquisition by the Infoniqa Group - a provider of HR and finance solutions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The acquisition by Infoniqa opens the doors to new markets for Sawayo and enables it to implement its own technologies and ideas on a larger scale in the DACH region. The merger also allows Sawayo to expand its product portfolio to include solutions for enterprise resource planning (ERP), payroll and financial accounting, order management and business process outsourcing (BPO). In addition, Sawayo will benefit from a broader customer base and the resources of a market leader in DACH. Infoniqa aims to bring new impetus and innovation to the market through the acquisition.

"Together with Infoniqa, we can now focus even more strongly on optimizing the end-to-end process flow of previously tedious administrative and bureaucratic tasks," says Andreas Wieczorke, one of Sawayo's managing directors. "This frees up important human and financial resources in the companies for their core business. A win-win situation for our customers."

Sawayo has so far been managed by two managing directors who combine innovation expertise and experience: Serial entrepreneur Andreas Wieczorke and 25-year-old Bjarne Wilhelm drive the innovation processes forward with creativity and energy. At the same time, with a realistic view of what is feasible, they ensure that the focus is always on the benefits for customers.
