Interiman Group: Stable sales in the first half of 2024
Although the Swiss recruitment industry is going through a difficult phase, the Interiman Group was able to maintain its business volume and thus confirm its position as market leader.
The Interiman Group, the Swiss provider of personnel services and permanent placement, reports consolidated revenue of CHF 275 million for the first half of 2024, which remains stable compared to the same period in 2023.
Despite a declining market characterized by an average drop in turnover of 4.9 % in the temporary employment sector and a slump of 20.8 % in the permanent employment sector (according to the Swissstaffing index), the company was able to maintain its performance and continue its expansion.
"Although the economic environment is uncertain, our Group continues to demonstrate its resilience and ability to grow, particularly in German-speaking Switzerland, as evidenced by the recent openings of our offices in Pratteln and Schaffhausen. These new locations strengthen our presence in Switzerland and underline our commitment to serving our clients even more closely and responsively," commented Raymond Knigge, founder of the Interiman Group.
"The financial stability that we have maintained despite a declining market illustrates the resilience of our company and its ability to hold its own in a difficult economic environment as we strategically plan the next steps in our growth," said Robin Gordon, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
