New COO at kybun Joya heralds the company's expansion
The Swiss health shoe manufacturer kybun Joya is strengthening its team with an operational management team in order to initiate the planned expansion phase. Steffen Breitschwerdt, who was previously Head of Central Brand Services for the Strellson, JOOP and Windsor brands at Strellson AG, Holy Fashion Group in Kreuzlingen, has joined the team.
The new Chief Operating Officer (COO) will take over the operational management of the sites in Roggwil, Switzerland and Constance, Germany with immediate effect. This will relieve the founders and CEOs of the Group, Karl Müller and Claudio Minder, so that they can concentrate more on further expansion in the future.
With Steffen Breitschwerdt (45), the kybun Joya Group is gaining an experienced leader with in-depth management expertise and an impressive track record in running operational businesses. His extensive expertise in the fashion industry will play a key role in driving kybun Joya's growth strategy and further increasing operational efficiency.

Steffen Breitschwerdt has over 24 years of management experience, most recently in senior positions at several international consumer and luxury goods companies. His passion for sustainable growth and his ability to lead teams to peak performance make him the ideal candidate for the role of COO.
