Brack.ch celebrates its 30th anniversary
Brack.ch is celebrating its 30th anniversary this summer: On August 8, 1994, Roland Brack had the sole proprietorship "Brack Consulting Computersysteme" entered in the commercial register. From a one-man business in the attic of his parents' house, the company has developed into one of the leading online retailers in Switzerland with a logistics center belonging to the group of companies that is one of the most modern in the whole of Europe. The company is celebrating its milestone birthday with a major competition for customers.
From August 19 to September 17, Brack.ch is celebrating its anniversary together with its customers for 30 days and with a big competition with prizes worth over CHF 30,000 to be won. The anniversary campaign will be accompanied by Brack.ch's social media channels. Founder and current Chairman of the Board of Directors Roland Brack is also looking forward to the celebrations: "30 years ago, I could never have imagined that a company of this size would be created and that we would be supplying Switzerland with more than 1,000 employees. Many thanks to all our customers and business partners for their loyalty and the trust they have placed in us over the past three decades. And a huge thank you also goes to all our employees, who have steadily expanded the company and are willing to go the extra mile every day for satisfied customers!"
Innovations for the best possible customer experience
Brack.ch's company history is characterized by growth through innovation and adaptation to a changing business environment, and this has also been the case in the recent past. In 2022, the online retailer relaunched the Brack.ch Plus loyalty program, which gives its members regular access to competitions, special offers and other attractive benefits. Brack.ch also received the Digital Commerce Award in the "Commercial Feature" category for this in 2024. In its laudatory speech, the jury praised the program as a prime example of a loyalty program in a highly competitive market that offers strong customer benefits. Last year saw the introduction of AI-based product advice, which complements the personal customer advice at Brack.ch. This service is being continuously optimized and further expanded with the aim of answering even simple general inquiries from customers directly and in real time. This enables the customer service staff, who also received a Digital Commerce Award for the best customer service in Swiss online retail this year, to spend more time on complex issues and thus offer the best possible service.
