KMU Swiss Symposium in Brugg celebrates anniversary
Anniversary after anniversary - After the 20th anniversary of the KMU Swiss Symposium Baden was held there in the spring, the 15th KMU Swiss Symposium Brugg will be celebrated on September 5, '24. The KMU Swiss Symposium offers solutions to business challenges and opportunities for genuine networking. The upcoming symposium is dedicated to current issues relating to the Swiss workplace with the motto "Workplace versus welfare state - working models to adapt!"

The 15th KMU Swiss Symposium Brugg will take place on Thursday, September 5, 2024 in the Campus Hall Brugg. In the run-up (12.00-12.45), an alternative to capital procurement and/or succession solutions will be presented at the "Innovation Digital Share" prologue. In contrast, the symposium on the topic of the conference will show, among other things, that the basis for jobs is a healthy economy that supports entrepreneurship and work per se. A sprawling state quota, increasing regulations and laws, narcissistic behavior and the like prevent rapid adaptation to new circumstances in order to create work with corresponding jobs.
A healthy economy has a strong economic sector 2 (industry and commerce), but there currently seems to be a lack of interest among young people in learning skilled trades. Families with many children are tied down by the fact that 26 different school systems tend to be counterproductive for working parents. - In short: there is potential for self-employed people and employees, but they are occupied with other tasks; on the other hand, political mills grind too slowly and sluggishly and, unfortunately, often against a flourishing economy due to sheer ideology.
Some former speakers and illustrious personalities from business and politics are of course also expected to attend this anniversary event. "In addition to the informal atmosphere, the participants appreciate the high practical relevance of the presentations," as KMU Swiss initiator Armin Baumann cannot emphasize enough. The symposium also allows many exhibitors to present themselves at and with a stand during the networking breaks.
