Signicat announces partnership with Intrum and mesoneer
Signicat, the provider of digital identity verification, announces a strategic partnership with Intrum and mesoneer. Intrum will rely on Signicat's identification solutions and trust services in its new SIGN platform, which was developed with mesoneer as a technology partner.
Swiss company Intrum AG and its technology partner mesoneer AG have integrated Signicat into their recently launched SIGN platform, which offers electronic signatures with different levels of security, including Simple Electronic Signatures (EES), Advanced Electronic Signatures (FES) and Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES). The integration of Signicat provides companies using the platform with intuitive and automated identification as well as compliant, legally binding and secure electronic signatures that are equivalent to a personal signature - even outside Switzerland.
"We are proud to have been working with leading providers such as Intrum and mesoneer for years and are now joining forces to offer our partners the best signing experience across Europe and beyond the borders of Switzerland," comments Philipp Wegmann, Country Manager DACH at Signicat.
Mesoneer and Intrum chose Signicat because of its intuitive and highly secure identity verification process. As a QTSP (Qualified Trust Service Provider), Signicat not only has its own identity solutions, but also offers signatures and certifications from a single source. This makes Signicat the ideal partner for companies that want to improve their digital signature functions and at the same time ensure compliance with legal regulations.
"Intrum is committed to always being at the forefront of innovation. With SIGN, we offer a platform that meets the needs of our customers not only today, but also in the future," says Martin Honegger, Sales & Business Development Director at Intrum. "We are proud to have strong partners with our technology partner mesoneer and now with Signicat, with whom we can achieve this goal together."
The launch of the SIGN signature platform in Switzerland was announced by mesoneer and Intrum back in April 2024. The integration of Signicat means that the platform can now be used throughout Europe.
