ISS Facility Services AG takes over gammaRenax AG
ISS Facility Services AG announces the complete takeover of gammaRenax AG, thereby consolidating its position as the leading provider of integrated facility management services in Switzerland.

With gammaRenax, ISS Switzerland gains qualitative synergies in its customer network, new skills in the area of services for hotels and additional expertise in hygiene management for pools and wellness areas. Furthermore, with the FM Academy, gammaRenax has profound expertise in training and further education in areas such as hygiene management, property maintenance and building services. These specializations will complement the services offered by ISS Switzerland and offer the customers of both companies an extended range of high-quality services.
Severin Gallo, former owner and Managing Director of gammaRenax AG, explains the reasons for the sale of the company as follows: "The basis for my decision to entrust "my gammaRenax" with all its employees, customers and partners to ISS is my appreciation of André Nauer as well as the expertise and value orientation of ISS. With the acquisition of gammaRenax by ISS, Severin Gallo will join the Board of Directors of ISS Facility Services AG.
