Top speakers and inspiring workshops at the 1st Swiss Coaching Day
With the Swiss Coaching Day 2024, the Swiss Coaching Association (SCA) is creating an opportunity for the first time to make the coaching industry more visible in business and administration and to strengthen the professional image of professional business coaches and company mentors.
The industry day with congress character will take place on April 17, 2024 at the Wankdorf Stadium in Bern and will shed light on the profession of professional coaches and company mentors. For the first time, the broad-based and diverse consulting industry will come together for workshops and keynote speeches by industry experts on fascinating topics such as positive psychology and leadership, feedback culture, burnout prevention and micro-mimicry. There will also be a round table on current challenges in professional coaching. This round table will be moderated by Claudia Lässer, CPO of blue Sport and blue News and one of the most renowned talk show hosts in Switzerland.
With the Swiss Coaching Day, the SCA aims to better represent and anchor the professional image of professional coaches and company mentors in business and administration. It offers professional coaches in Switzerland, in particular SCA members, an effective platform for networking and exchanging experiences and aims to make the consulting industry in all its facets "visible" and initiate an exchange with potential clients. The Swiss Coaching Association is a co-holder of the Swiss Federal Certificate of Professional Competence in Business Mentoring and the Advanced Professional Examination for Coaches, Supervisors and Organizational Consultants.
