Interiman Group: Record year and change of CEO

With sales of CHF 593 million for 2023, the Interiman Group achieves another record year and maintains its leading position at national level with above-market growth. Christophe Zimmerli will be appointed CEO as of March 1, 2024, replacing Robin Gordon, who will take over as Chairman of the Group's Board of Directors.

Interiman Group, the leading Swiss staffing company, reports sales of CHF 593 million for the 2023 financial year, an increase of 5.7% compared to 2022. This increased annual result confirms the Interiman Group's leading position, while the Swiss market is declining by 5.8% according to the Swissstaffing index. This performance in a tight labor market was possible thanks to the continued commitment of all teams and the Group's increased visibility on digital platforms and social networks. This presence resulted in more than 670,000 applications, with almost 19,000 job offers published in 2023. The Group also recorded an increase in internal employees from 500 in 2022 to almost 530 at the end of 2023.

"With sales of CHF 593 million, the Interiman Group has set a new record. This result is all the more remarkable given that it was achieved in a nationally declining environment," commented Raymond Knigge, President and founder of the Interiman Group.

Appointment of Dr. Christophe Zimmerli

Christophe Zimmerli will be appointed CEO of the Interiman Group from March 1, 2024. The 51-year-old Swiss national, a qualified lawyer with a doctorate in law, has a rich professional background in the operational, strategic and legal fields. Christophe Zimmerli has held several management positions - CEO; Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer; Regional General Counsel - at renowned industrial companies in Switzerland and abroad.

Christophe Zimmerli succeeds Robin Gordon, who joined the Group in 2007, later became a partner and was appointed CEO in 2013. After more than eleven years in this role, Robin Gordon felt it was time to hand over his position. However, he will remain involved in the management of the company as he will chair the Group's Board of Directors in the future. "I am very proud to have accompanied the Group on its path to Swiss market leadership, which we achieved in 2022 thanks to our highly motivated and competent teams. My successor has all the necessary skills to continue our growth in Switzerland and abroad. I wish him every success!" said Robin Gordon, the outgoing CEO of the Interiman Group.

"It is a great honor and pleasure for me to join the Interiman Group. The founder and my predecessor have made the company the Swiss market leader in recruitment and personnel services. My goal is to continue this tradition of excellence. To achieve this, I know I can count on the solid foundation created by all Interiman Group team members to deliver innovative services of the highest quality to our clients," added Christophe Zimmerli, the new CEO of Interiman Group.
