Achermann further expands key account management

It was only in January of this year that achermann ict-services ag reported on the expansion of its sales structure. This was due to the arrival of Andy Beck, formerly Managing Director of Wortmann in Switzerland. And the signs continue to point to growth: Patric Fenner, another experienced sales personality, joined the key account management team at the beginning of February.

The strengthening is part of the company's growth strategy and aims to meet the significant increase in demand in the areas of "New Work" and "Managed Modern Workplace".

achermann ict-services ag has probably recorded continuous growth in recent years. This is not least due to the company's recognizable forward strategy. This is because achermann recognized the philosophy and the resulting needs of the future and modern way of working at an early stage. The company recently opened its modern "New Work Office" in Rüti in the Zurich Oberland.

In order to take account of these positive developments and the enormous demand on the market, an expansion of resources was the logical consequence.

As a result, the IT services company based in Kriens has successfully strengthened its sales organization by recruiting the experienced specialists Beck and Fenner to its team. Both Beck and Fenner will primarily be responsible for acquiring new customers in Central Switzerland and the Zurich Oberland region respectively and will continue to drive forward the company's service focus areas. "We expect a great deal from our two colleagues. On the one hand, Andy Beck's industry expertise and his network in Central Switzerland and, on the other, Patric Fenner's experience and market knowledge," says Rolf Borkowetz, Head of Key Account Management and member of the Executive Board at achermann ict-services ag. Accordingly, achermann sees the expansion of Key Account Management as a long-term investment in customer relationships and loyalty.
