ServiceNow: Dino Minichiello is the new Country Manager Switzerland
As of January 1, 2024, Dino Minichiello is the new Country Manager Switzerland at ServiceNow, the specialist for digital workflows. As head of the Swiss market, Minichiello will be responsible for Swiss business growth as well as the partner and customer organization. He takes over the position from Alain Badoux, who is taking on a new, expanded role as Area Vice President and will be responsible for the regions of Switzerland, Austria and Central Eastern Europe (CEE).
Dino Minichiello has been an integral part of ServiceNow in Switzerland since 2014 and has helped build and develop the team. As Sales Director, he has been responsible for the Manufacturing, Public Sector, Telecommunication and Services divisions since 2018 and is part of the Executive Board Switzerland. In total, Minichiello can look back on more than 20 years of industry experience and has held various sales and consulting positions at companies such as CA Technologies, Symantec and Veritas.
