Tretor AG, a fiduciary company in northwestern Switzerland, renews its management team

There will be changes in the management of Tretor AG in Liestal, a fiduciary company based in northwestern Switzerland: Philipp and Gilbert Hammel are retiring, and Adrian Schaller is taking over overall operational management.

After 25 years of activity, the founders of Tretor AG, Philipp and Gilbert Hammel, have decided to step down from the operational management of this fiduciary company in Northwestern Switzerland at the end of April 2020 and to concentrate on strategic tasks and special projects on a part-time basis. Philipp Hammel will continue as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Since the beginning of May 2020, the operational management has been carried out by the partners Martin Dettwiler, David Klein, Josia Röhm and Adrian Schaller.

Adrian Schaller, who has been a partner and member of the Executive Board since 2011, is responsible for the overall management as well as the operational management of the Liestal office and the audit department. Martin Dettwiler, a certified tax expert, is responsible for the tax department and has played a key role in shaping the history of TRETOR with his more than 20 years as a partner and member of the management team. David Klein, a certified public accountant, has been a member of the management team since 2016 and has headed the Basel office since last year. The management is complemented by Josia Röhm. He is a certified public accountant and is now in charge of the fiduciary department. With his profound IT know-how, he will continue to drive digital development in particular.

Founded in 1995, the company currently employs 35 people and enjoys a strong market position in northwestern Switzerland. At its two locations in Liestal and Basel, Tretor AG offers comprehensive services in the areas of management consulting, accounting, auditing and taxes.
