Thomas Kaiser from Indeed comments on the study: "In the last four years, numerous professions in Switzerland have gained significantly in importance. An increase of more than 1,000 percent is very remarkable and at the same time worrying, because it shows that companies are not getting the jobs filled well. There has been a shortage of skilled workers in both IT and skilled trades for years - and this is unlikely to change in the coming years. Job seekers therefore have good prospects next year, particularly in these up-and-coming occupational fields."
