In addition to traditional offices, we now often work in private home offices. But where the home office does not allow for quiet and undisturbed work, small "neighborhood offices" in residential areas could be an alternative: Workspaces e.g. in apartments, for several people, a kind of mini-co-working spaces. A "near-home office."
