Second publication rights for Author:inside of articles in "Organizer: The Magazine for SMEs

Open Access promotes the visibility of publications. This is in the interest of both authors and publishers and is in line with the requirements of Swiss universities and the national Open Access strategy of swissuniversities.

Authors of articles published in "Organizer: The Magazine for SMEs" have the right to make the final version of their publication, excluding images, available immediately after official publication in "Organizer: The Magazine for SMEs", without embargo period, as a PDF as follows:

• The publications may be published under the Creative Commons license CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (redistribution, non-commercial use only with attribution and proper citation, unedited form only) be made available in print or online.
• The fully revised, typeset, and formatted version as published may be used.
• Reference must be made to the original publication, including full bibliographic details (title of article, name of journal, year of publication), in a clearly visible place.

Upon prior notice, the publisher will provide the author with a copy/version of his/her article for secondary publication. In the case of articles by authors who belong to a Swiss university at the time of publication, the publisher Galledia Fachmedien AG guarantees the university in question the non-exclusive right to deposit a copy of the article in its Open Access repository in accordance with the terms of this policy. This policy applies to all articles published from June 1, 2023.
