Digitization in concrete terms at topsoft 2018
On August 28/29, 2018, it's that time again: The IT trade fair topsoft will be the largest Swiss live experience for digitalization. The attractive program is designed by relevant providers of business software and proven experts for digital business.
This year's topsoft 2018 IT trade fair is all about digital business. Everything revolves around the transformation of ideas via concrete projects into successful business models. Together with the parallel events Digital Summit for SMEs and SuisseEMEX, topsoft will become a hub between digitalization, innovation and business.
Know-how, systems and suppliers
The Swiss IT trade fair topsoft not only offers exciting impulses for digitization, but also the right solutions and providers. Visitors can obtain the necessary know-how during the trade fair in the free expert presentations or directly from the specialized exhibitors. Together with the Digital Summit for SMEs, the Markom event SuisseEMEX and the marketing congress Futurize M, the topsoft trade fair is part of the largest business event in Switzerland.
Launch into the digital future
At topsoft 2018, SMEs will find the ideal start to the digital future. The background to this is provided by exhibition areas, speaker stages, theme parks and special areas. The areas addressed include Industry 4.0, information security for SMEs, infrastructure, smart working and startups. The theme parks are all about CRM, BI, ECM/DMS and ERP. This year's program of presentations is correspondingly packed. The spectrum of content ranges from smart working and digital business models to successful customer acquisition on the Internet. - How does a mobile app become a success? (Oliver Mannhart), Wednesday, 29.08.18 / 10:00 am: The possibilities of apps are almost endless. As an expert in app development, Oliver Mannhart addresses the most important questions and hurdles.
- Digital Buying Behavior (Jeanette Mutzner), Wednesday, 8/29/18 / 1:30 p.m: The Internet and social platforms have changed customers' buying behavior. Today, the first contact with companies usually takes place online. The external perception of the first contact can be actively shaped via the positioning and the brand.

A novelty this year is the concentration of the technical papers in one central location. The design is in the hands of the digital content platform MoreThanDigital.
