Occupational pension provision: continue as before?

The BVG reform was rejected by the Swiss electorate on September 22. This means that nothing will change in the current situation of the 2nd pillar for the time being. And there is little to suggest that this is necessarily a bad thing in the short term, as long as there is a prospect of secure retirement pensions.
