DQ Solutions hires new Director Customer Operations

In his new role, Patrick Gass is looking forward to continuously developing DQ Solutions' customer-centric service offering for private and business customers as well as for schools. Before joining DQ Solutions, Patrick Gass held various management positions in the retail, IT and media sectors, including at ZyXEL Switzerland and Swiss TXT. With his focus on positive leadership, he sees himself as a coach who wants to empower and encourage employees through a strong corporate culture.
