Shortage of skilled workers in SMEs - older employees as an opportunity

For the second time since 2019, the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts has published a comprehensive study on the topic of generation management in SMEs. A majority of older employees in SMEs feel relatively younger than their biological age and can also imagine working beyond the normal retirement age.
